Elle Wong is an avid entrepreneur from sunny Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, who possesses an extraordinary high-achieving spirit.
At a tender age of 14 yrs, Elle Wong already understood the idea of the rat race and the importance of passive incomes streams. As a young teenager, she started her work career humbly by freelancing and earning part time income streams from surveying to mystery shopping to banqueting.
She pursued multimedia design in her college studies. She was a fairly outstanding student and triumphed numerous awards: “Tokyo Film Fest Excellence Award 2008”, “TOA Student Creative Gold Awards, Malaysia 2007”, “Summit Creative Silver Awards, USA 2007”, “Horizon Interactive Gold Awards, USA 2007”, “4A Crowbars Finalist, Singapore 2007”, “TOA Multimedia Starlites Participant Awards 2006”
In August 2007, she organized a fundraiser event for Merdeka 2007. Elle Wong innovated the idea ‘Sens of Pride’, where she led a team of students to run an arts and craft fun fair at Sunway Pyramid. The highlight of the event was building a giant flag with a total of 59,420 fifty-cent coins to express the solid foundations of our country. At the end of the event, an amount of RM6,900 was donated to Persatuan Wanita Berilmu Malaysia (PWBM).
Although it was not a big sum that was collected but she was glad to make an impact through the media that anyone can create change for the better.
During her college studies, Elle Wong was already consulting SME companies in the arena of branding, new media and design. Upon graduation, top agencies sought after her. Yet she decided to take the road less traveled and started her own design enterprise, EL WONG CREATIVE, in January 2008. Her clientele expanded quickly and clients paid her thousands of dollars for her service.
However by the end of 2008, Elle Wong was exhausted and she realized that being self-employed was no better and she was aware that she was still working ‘for’ money.
Concurrently at that time, some random buzz burst upon her about making money online. She immediately identified the potential and started exploring Internet opportunities. Just weeks after she self-learnt about affiliate marketing through online resources, she made her first dollar online on 5th November 2008.
In spite of that, it wasn’t all sunshine and butterflies during her initial learning curve. There were several test campaigns, which did not produce any results at all and there were lots of trial and errors.
Later that time, she also decided to extend herself to network with some Internet entrepreneurs. She met some people and she was introduced to several ‘shiny’ Internet network-marketing opportunities.
Being vulnerable at that point with her Internet marketing inconsistency, she succumbed to the offers. However weeks after she faithfully immersed herself into her new business, the company merged with another and the business opportunity no longer became available in Malaysia.
There were several times where Elle Wong wanted to take a standstill from her Internet marketing career. However her strength of character kept her grounded and she was determined to make Internet marketing work nevertheless.
So she continued to strive and eventually her courage finally paid off. By the 2nd quarter of 2009, she successfully freed herself from self-employment and gone full time with her Internet Marketing businesses.
In her recent combined forces with Edmund Loh, she raked in $14,747 online sales in 72 hours. Aside from product creation and launches, she is also involved in the arena of Niche Marketing with Pay-Per-Click and SEO.
Today Elle Wong is one of rising stars in the Internet marketing arena and also a personal development junkie. Her high achieving spirit will continue to serve her well and she also aspires to empower others to also have the excitement of making money by doing what they love.
Aside from her fanatic career pursuit, Elle Wong occasionally participates in outdoors adventures such as scuba diving, hiking, biking, rock climbing and more! She has also traveled to several countries like England, America, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand where she gathers inspirations through art, culture and people.
